As a former Primary School teacher of 14 years, it is my dream for yoga and mindfulness to be included on every school curriculum.


Bespoke, structured Yoga and Mindfulness programmes can be arranged to best suit your students' needs. 


Examples include:

  • Friendship/Connection: Sessions are themed around building a sense of togetherness through trust and respect.


  • De-Stress/ Anti-anxiety/Mindfulness: Practises for releasing stress and tension from the body and bringing calm into the mind. Especially useful for students in their final years/exam periods.


  • Healthy self-esteem/ Positive self-image: Learning strategies for self-care of body and mind.
