Yoga and Mindfulness for schools multi-week programmes are bespoke programmes written especially for your students taking into account their specific needs. This will be discussed at our initial meeting.
These classes include: mindful movement through yoga poses and yoga sequences, breathing exercises, introduction to emotional literacy through discussion, partner/whole group collaboration through connection games, mindfulness activities, relaxation techniques, support with follow-up ideas for school teachers...if you have ever been to an adult yoga class, it will be nothing like that!
Examples of themes include:
Regular sessions or one-off available.
Pre-recorded or Live available.
